Products
Each single-card listing is for the physical card shown in its product photographs unless clearly stated otherwise. Set code, rarity, edition, condition description and price are shown before purchase.
Ordering and payment
Placing an item in a basket does not guarantee stock. Single-stock items are rechecked before checkout and may be temporarily reserved during an active payment session. Prices are generated server-side from the store catalogue rather than accepted from the customer’s browser.
Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted after successful payment is confirmed.
Prices and delivery
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Delivery choices and charges are displayed before payment. DuelStock UK is not presented as VAT registered and does not promise a VAT invoice unless that status changes.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch promptly and within the arrangements shown at checkout. Unless a different period is agreed, applicable UK distance-selling rules generally require delivery within 30 days.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Please see Shipping & Returns and the standard cancellation form. Faulty, damaged or materially misdescribed goods remain covered by applicable statutory rights.
Stock errors
If a rare technical or inventory error means an item cannot be supplied after payment, the affected order will be refunded rather than substituted without agreement.
